How do you see communication and critical thinking impacting your future role as a leader in the workplace? 

  The excerpt states that loss of revenue in organizations is often the result of poor communication practice. Ineffective communication is one of the main causes of misunderstandings in the workplace. Because of its damaging effects on co-worker relationships, ineffective communication can limit an organization's ability to optimize its productivity and performance.

  As a future leader, I believe that proper critical thinking can help promote good communication in the workplace. For success in any career field, it's important to display critical thinking. It's an important factor for any profession where the goal is to deduce information without bias, analyze the context, solve problems and come up with realistic solutions.

  Applying critical thinking helps you to make decisions that require a lot of thought. Important decisions are aided by critical thinking, which encourages you to research and favor objective logic over your initial emotional response. 

  Using critical thinking in the workplace will define you as a problem solver. It also establishes you as a leader among your fellow co-workers. demonstrating your ability to solve problems and make decisions effectively can help instill confidence in you with your co-workers.
